The winner of Sunday’s match will come up against France in the quarter-finals on December 10. England are regarded as strong contenders for the World Cup and were unbeaten in Group B. Senegal, the reigning African Cup of Nations champions, reached the last 16 after beating Ecuador in their Group A decider.
